By engaging in coaching, wellness, and training services provided by The House of Wellness, clients acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Not a Substitute for Professional Care: The services offered by Smira Javed (known as Sam) are not a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Sam is not acting as a medical professional.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are fully responsible for their own well-being during coaching, training, or workshop sessions, including their choices and decisions.
  • Purpose of Comments and Ideas: All feedback, comments, and ideas provided during sessions are solely for aiding clients in achieving their defined goals or enhancing their professional experience.
  • Governing Law: Clients are aware that they are receiving services in accordance with UK law.
  • Emergency Contact: Clients are required to provide contact details of someone in their own country (if outside the UK) for emergency purposes.
  • Ethical Standards: The House of Wellness adheres to the ethical requirements of relevant accrediting bodies (e.g., BPS) and holds appropriate Professional and Public Liability Insurance.
  • Duty of Care: While confidentiality is respected, there is a duty of care to report issues where the client is at risk to themselves or others, as well as where it is legally required to do so.
