I am excited to share my latest work, which builds on my Master’s degree with distinction in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. In my recent research, published in the Journal of Happiness and Health, I explored an innovative use of photography to self-elicit strengths. University students captured photos of meaningful objects, leading to four key and potentially powerful themes. The findings reveal that photography can profoundly enrich well-being.

This study offers valuable insights for a variety of practitioners and coaches, demonstrating how visual storytelling can empower personal growth. I now provide coaching sessions and workshops tailored for individuals and organisations looking to harness these insights. Read the full article here: READ HERE

In addition to my work with female entrepreneurs, business owners, and women in senior positions, I am proud of my NHS background, where I improved outcomes for Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) and Young People as a Health Improvement Practitioner. This role complements my public health experience, including my involvement in programmes preventing Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and other public health initiatives.

With certificates in Accredited Advanced Motivational Interviewing and Coaching for Health, I have developed effective strategies to help individuals achieve their health goals. My participation in a renowned conference enabled me to share valuable insights and strategies. I am passionate about delivering coaching, training, and workshops that promote well-being and empower people to manage their health and enhance their lifestyles. My passion extends beyond my coaching and training practice; I am dedicated to making a meaningful difference within the community. Since 2018, I have served as a Trustee and then as Vice-Chair of a local Almshouses Association, where we support vulnerable individuals by providing housing and addressing their essential needs. Through initiatives aimed at improving mental health and social integration, we have significantly enhanced the quality of life for our residents, enabling them to flourish in various aspects of their lives.

This commitment to positive impact is at the heart of my work at The House of Wellness. I strive to empower individuals to enhance their well-being and lead fulfilling lives through coaching, training, and workshops. I firmly believe that by fostering connections and supporting one another, we can create healthier and happier communities.
